Majors are finding these traits more valuable just 121/1000 hrs Jet PIC. Being a well rounded applicant for the majors and LLCs is the way to go, vs chasing flight time. Even Spirit Airlines new TA looks very very attractive as a career choice now.

Sure, after you've amassed a good bit of total time then those traits will separate you from the pack, but when we are talking about guys who don't even have the hours to upgrade then sure keep on thinking that's the right direction to go on your resume...
