Everyone has a job to do. Management positions by nature will squeeze water out of a rock. I only blame myself for putting up with everything and not being properly compensated.
We all work very hard and put up with a lot to keep this operation chugging full steam ahead. Although, at the end of the day if it falls on the back of the pilot labor group frustrations will ripple out of control.
When they sqeeze the water out of the rock they shouldn't forget to water the troops! I am not talking about devalued options and untouchable variable profit sharing I am talking about a real and honest RESPECTABLE wage!
