Everyone has a reason. For me I wanna return back to US and get more days off. Pay is considerably lower. But QOL is better. It is not like UPS, FedEx, Dal, Ual or AA are banging on my door to hire me. And regional airlines are still bad compared to Atlas.

Atlas pilots are being raped by the execs for everyday we fly on this current cba, and yet dozens show up each month in Miami to assume the position. It’s just mind boggling.
