I must admit, it is getting hard not to say “omg” by now, the only thing I said, literally and in quotation marks is:” just because it is in the current contract doesn’t make it okay “.
I think we need to tighten a lot of the contract language, anywhere it says “when possible “ read “NEVER” unless there is a “ hours of pay/extra days of”, that is all I’m trying to say.
