It would seem you are referring to 2.BE., the definition of circumstances beyond the Company’s control.

Read a little closer. The language refers to picketing *OF* the Company’s premises, not picketing *ON* Company property.

Nobody pickets ON Company property, they walk on public property or a public right of way. If you picket ON private property without permission, it’s trespassing and you can be removed.

The way the definition is written, your cabin cleaners can stage a lawful picket OF Company premises and your force majeur clause will be triggered.
