Reserve at SY is a special kind of suck. 10 days off, scheduling will try to break the contract consistently, you can't swap your off days, you can't pick up flying on your off days, you can be used on your off days, you will most likely fly on your last day, and you will never break guarantee. Ask any SY pilot hired in the last 5 years, our scheduler's are probably the worst in the industry including regionals.
