True they don't have to furlough but they will just for the hell of it, example 2003. This company does not respect its employees at all. Sorry to be so negative, but this place is ********ing miserable.

Oh please....have you ever worked anywhere else? Give me a break. If it's ****ing miserable, apply at CAL and go work there. I am sure you will get more "respect".
By the way, I'd go to UPS over CAL
