Greetings from the inside at Lynx. We have a scheduled certification date of Dec 6th - if all goes well with the FAA. We have 4 new aircraft in Denver with two more in the next two weeks - purchased 10 total with 10 options. We are flying this week and next doing practice flights for proving runs in Nov. Things are moving fast.
The people have all been great to work with and we all are doing our part to make sure we are a success.

Pay-- always a sore subject no matter where you are.... it is still $50/hr for CAs first year. There has not been posted a 2+ year pay. Right now, all eyes are focused on completing certification so we can start bringing in $$. We are told it will be competitive and appropriate. You can only imagine how much $$ it takes to get an airline started... Gotta buy everything! Planes, grd equip, building, office, dispatch, maint,.... the list goes on and on.

We are still hiring and have classes thru Nov. Street hire CAs are thinning out as we will be shifting away from them soon I'm told. Class dates are 10/29 and 11/12. Once certification is complete- - we expect rapid growth and many other 'doors' opening for other flying opportunities.

As with any career decision, it must fit your needs and situation. If you are on the fence or curious about working here - do send your resume in. << [email protected] >> Our pilot interview panel goes out of their way to make sure you are informed and see if you are a good fit at Lynx... and we are a good fit for you.

BTW - NO FLOW to/from Frontier. We are seperate sister airlines in that regard. That's about it. My goal here is to post the facts and not get into rock throwing.

Best wishes to all in your goals and careers.
