Mediator made it clear the company is offering enough. If you want better work rules and this is voted down they will take it from pay and that will possibly perpetuate further delays in a contract. At $5000+ a month loss by voting no I just can't justify it.
The $5k a month is for you and you’re right. I seriously doubt they would bring TA2 with lower pay to improve work rules if they want it to pass.
What’s $5k/mo to you for a few months or a year if you don’t have a job in 10 years or 2 years.
