Pro: recall rights increased from 7 to 10 years

If a pilot receives a mandatory recall but is unable to be assigned duty for medical reasons he will be placed on medical leave

Addition of 1-4 months of furlough pay

Con:
Still no longevity accrual after a year on furlough.

Mandatory recall before hiring happens (you don’t get to sit out and weigh your options like the Delta united and AA pilots did and some united pilots are still doing.)

Company doesn’t have to give 30 days notice if a furlough or pay furlough pay if it’s due to a “circumstance over which the company does not have control”. There’s that again.
