A year and a half ago a management person under a NDA (who was leaving for greener pastures) told me in private conversation, the ASA side was going to get shut down and six to nine months after that, an announcement would be made that closes the ERJ side. And of course to get my stuff out and GTFO. I brushed it off at the time and said to myself things could change by the time that happens, but lo and behold here we go, ASA closing, rumors of ERJ side closing too.

Obviously there have been zero attempts to better attract new hires or give us a real retention package. It makes sense. And for the non-believers, denial ain't just a river in Africa.
