You guys wonder why there is more money and less work rules?, look in the mirror. You and your (I credit over 100hrs every month) crowd are the reason for this lackluster TA.
So are you saying it's lackluster or are you a yes voter? I feel like you're just trying to argue for the sake of arguing. I laid out some of the smaller points as to why I'm a solid no. I was willing to give them PBS and transition. I was not willing to give them everything they have for pay and retirement that isn't even industry average.
