On Wednesday it will have been a month since the NMB met to discuss the findings from presentations by both parties. Supposedly they were waiting for the Spirit TA to be published, but what does that have to do with us and the company being at an impasse? Absolutely no bearing. We’ve been over-the-top reasonable with these jokers, we don’t need another feather in our cap. The NMB is composed of a bunch of self-serving cowards; they don’t want to ruffle the pro-company feathers. Political bull crap, plain and simple. They have literally dragged this thing out long enough for a booming stock market to have a down-tick. Now the company can start whining about the risk of higher offers in “unfavorable business conditions.” Meanwhile we’re left making jokes on Facebook about being stuck in a “Groundhog Day” loop.
