It's true that poolies had to re-interview in the past but I believe it only happened once; also most were in the pool for several years as there was no hiring going on. I heard that some of them managed to get violations and even suspensions of their certificates while in the pool which is why they were rejected the second time around. I hope every one of our poolies gets to join our ranks really soon…

On a sad note – I noticed UPS won’t be attending the November AirInc seminar in Atlanta. Since UPS resumed hiring this might be the first AirInc job fair they won’t be attending which makes me believe the rumors of a hiring stop might be true…
