My question is when is the right time to apply? I know the website says when I'm within three months of hitting the ATP/RATP minimums which I am, however I only have 9 hours of multi engine time. I can easily pay for the 16 hours needed through my current job and it shouldn't take longer than 2 months (shorter but I'm thinking worse case) to finish that. Should I wait to apply till I actually have those 25 hours multi total or apply now?
