You could get a working visa if the company will be your sponsor, but you cannot leave that company. If you do you lose the visa. It's pretty hard down here.
if you can get a visa and get on with a company, while working down there can you get the ball rolling to establish citizenshiip. putting in a few years at a smaller carrier while spending the time and money won't get you citizenship?
