Sounds like a VERY fair agreement and I’m glad it’s going down that way. As vacancies open up, I have no issues with a bit of stagnation as long as there is no displacement. I’m still reserving judgment on the CPP integration until something official is announced.
The only thing I have heard is that CRJ pilots who flew for our UAL contract out of IAD are
NOT getting credit for that time. Personally I think they should have gotten some credit, but oh well. I mean our pilot group is so small now, and that group was always a small percentage of our pilot group to begin with that we would have been talking about very few pilots. So my gut reaction is that anything decided (which we have to get from UAL), will not throw the ERJ pilots in the program under the bus.
