No tie, shirts not ironed, leather jackets, sweater vests under blazers, and that's if they aren't wearing a North Face over the whole thing. You want professional pay but yet we can't even follow simple guidelines.
Now I'm all for making the most money possible, but what I've said from my first post is that I'm realistic. This is not a 1 contract solution. I would say it's a 3 contract solution which the MEC would agree.
Contract 1 = fill the 40% pay gap
Contract 2 = improve pay with more planes on property
Contract 3 = improve qol issues
And again, to reiterate, it's not that I don't want a great contract first round. It's just that when something does come out and it's "realistic" I don't want to lose out on 150k because people like you want 3 dollars more per hour.
Continue to start your posts with, Hey Rapey. It only furthers my point on how completely juvenile and uneducated we are.
So if I don’t wear a sweater under my blazer, that makes me eligible to get paid Delta rates?? I have a bachelors degree in aviation... am I eligible for Delta rates?? I don’t have a DUI... Delta rates??
I agree that we’re not gonna make everything up in one contract, but this entire post was beyond ridiculous
