Had the same sentiments 2-3 years ago when I was in your shoes. Company really beat it out of me though with their shenanigans. Hopefully it gets better here. Just know what you are getting into, because many of us think it will be like this for a while.
Right now you guys are going through negotiations. Once that is complete people will be happy again. Going to jet blue is already a 10 step up for me from where I’m at. Remember it’s a young company that will grow bigger. Good times ahead.
