The company seems to be coming to terms with at least two of the three major labor groups for some reason. Very interesting that they would give so much on this one.
CRJ pilot exodus has far exceeded expectations, even greater as a percentage of pilots than the ERJ side. I think management- DAL, Inc and UAL- forgot that this is a pilot's market. They are probably now trying to figure out how to meet the DAL contract while simultaneously ramping up for the UAL flying.
