Just to clarify, I wasn't suggesting we don't deserve legacy pay based on uniform. I was merely stating that the lack of professionalism this group exhibits (for example, uniforms), is why we won't get legacy pay. We are the regional of the majors and until we present ourselves accordingly (in looks and manor) then we will be treated as such. Not just by management, but by the entire industry.
