We have industry leading work rules now and we are giving them away for industry average. And getting in return below industry average pay, dc, contract time to reopen negotiations. Not a good deal folks. This contract reminds me of the kid at school you could trade him a nickel for a dime all day because he thought that bigger size money was worth more.
