Higher ups mingling... sounds like a great way to start a rumor to help with the already evident attrition, without actually doing anything about it.
It’s clearly eveident from the most recent bid info that a lot of pilots have already left, and many of us know other pilots that are on their way out to other airlines, including other regionals. The time to “talk” about pay increases was in novemeber when the Endeavor TA passed. At this point they are already behind the power curve and talk isn’t going to stop the resignations. They need action, now.
On the other hand...300% coming soon! Haha
