Here is a little more solid math..
In the last 12 months:
294 dudes retired at 65, 81% of them were on active status, that is 65% of all that retired in last year.
83 dudes retired between 60-64, 65% of them were active pilots. That's 19% of all retired in last year.
54 retired between 50-59, 47% were active, 12% of all in 12 months.
Few more that are younger, about half are active.
Yes, under Trump retirement accounts do much better, but to say that DAL has mass retirements prior to 65 is not the case yet, IMHO.
