CRJ pilot exodus has far exceeded expectations, even greater as a percentage of pilots than the ERJ side. I think management- DAL, Inc and UAL- forgot that this is a pilot's market. They are probably now trying to figure out how to meet the DAL contract while simultaneously ramping up for the UAL flying.
It will be interesting to watch it all collapse as summer flying takes its toll. DAL, UAL, and ScumWest deserve nothing less. I do feel sorry for the pilots left behind, clinging to a worthless CPP, who will suffer the most from the lack of staffing.
