Morale is at an all time low.
Negotiation Session ended today with the company seeking more concessions this week.
Lawsuits against the pilots are still ongoing.
A crew member is still on suspension for ASKING for coffee.
Atlas lost its Africa flying over a month ago.
It became public today that SonAir contract is ending in March.
Atlas notified Teamsters that they are going to be subcontracting out even more flying to our competitors like Kalitta, Western Global, Omni etc. etc. etc.
Pilots are quitting to go elsewhere as fast as possible because it is a **** show here
Company continues to sucker pilots into coming to Atlas.
The above are all FACTS.
Now for an opinion......two or three more lost contracts and Atlas could be laying off employees.
