I compared screenshots of my seniority progression over the years and the month I’m supposed to hit quadruple digits keeps moving left. Assuming junior Capt. stays where it is(~9200, 320/EWR) and no growth, I should be able to hold a left seat in 2020. I was hired mid ‘13. I’d say 7 years to upgrade is a conservative guess because it assumes no growth. However, it also doesn’t account for things sliding the other way.
