That’s the problem with this place. We WILL get a contract at some point in the future. This culture might NEVER change. If you want to work for a place that values their employees and generally wants to have a good relationship with them, this is NOT the place for you. If you want to work with your head down, just trying to fly under the radar, coming in to be a seat filler, then by all means, come to JB.
