You wonder why? It’s not rocket science. If Skywest would’ve added airplanes, and hired say, 500 new pilots. The percentage of senior pilots gets smaller. The only reason ExpressJet is shrinking is because Skywest gets those gullible_______ to do it cheaper
You totally missed my point. United gave Air Whisky 40 planes because they need the flying done despite how senior/expensive they are. There is no way XJT is as expensive as most other regionals.
