They aren’t that senior but more importantly our management isn’t pulling the strings on CPAs. Skywest mainline is getting at least 20 more 175s this year. They are obviously allocating new A/C to the cheaper of their two carriers. Any new flying is going to them as they are less expensive. Other regionals don’t matter so much. It’s us and Skywest.

If you read their forums, upgrades are going to new hires. Crazy.
