Well, I'm no lawyer and I won't pretend to be, but I personally think it'd be tough to enforce. By the time they're going after you, you're no longer covered by the CBA, so they couldn't go through the usual RLA channels; if they go through the courts, I think they'd have trouble holding you to an agreement you never signed.
