One of our union reps that recently visited the school house was over heard stating that a second T/A has already been drafted that includes less concessions in section 25. The leadership has identified hot topics items that could be the cause for the potential failure of TA1. What is unknown is how bad the company wants this deal done and at what costs. The NMB will continue talks after a cooling down period.

Wow. It’s getting that desperate to just start making things up now and protecting yourself by saying it’s just a rumor. I was a little worried before but now see this thing will pass easily. I’d say you should get your apps out now but nobody’s going to leave after it passes.
