Not a Spirit guy but the process simply does not work this way. If there is a better second TA why would your MEC ever even consider the first one? You would move right to the second one. No company would ever negotiate that way in the first place. It would be stupid.
You are right. I shouldn’t have used the term TA. It was explained to me that the proposed drafting for a section 25 that would swing the vote to pass TA2 is already done.
My only guess as to why this would be done is if the NC is having doubts on the success of TA1.
