I am currently at a 121 regional and really interesting in flying cargo and home basing! What kind of flight times are competitive for a direct entry captain? Also, if anyone could clarify the details. The job postings say the schedule is 1/2 then 2/2 (weeks on/weeks off), however, several recruiting videos I have found say it is 18/12 days on/off.
