I’m not the pull up the ladder type. Training pay, health coverage, and first year pay were priorities for me. I also don’t like flying with the misfits, and when everyone is hiring $1750 and no health care doesn’t buy you much for talent or personality.
I agree with everything you said but the question still remains. -what/how much are you willing to give up to increase training pay and cover health insurance?
