As a side note, and looking back at my early avaition education and peers, I can’t help but notice that every single one of us “made it” eventually. The only ones that didn’t were the ones that stopped trying at some point.
Keep the eye on the ball. It will seem dark and hopeless right until the email for an invite arrives.
If it were truly only "laying the ground work", they would only be setting up the program for future implementation and not hiring these peeps right now. Experienced guys like tzadik and Palmtree should always come first and the CPP's only as a last resort.
You guys are missing the big picture here. There's a reason they're hiring under qualified people RIGHT NOW and its not good.
I'll give you a clue, it has to do with the Union and how these types will support it in the future.
