I know newhires want to pretend like it's not bad here and are desperately trying to satisfy their confirmation bias, but it really is bad, and has only gotten worse over time. Atlas is a ticking time bomb in so many ways, there's a real danger of it being bankrupted through corrupt mismanagement and/or a massive labor dispute. Do you think 10 year captains are bailing because it's hunky dory?
