Buyer beware....the contract says you cannot be awarded MORE than 17 CONSECUTIVE days without a 7 day break. Their solution is to give you 17 duty days....one day off.....and then another 17 duty days. Their argument is that they have not assigned MORE than 17 consecutive days and thus you are NOT entitled to 7 days between assignments. Ask me how I know....they did this to me. That's how they roll and that is what this company thinks of it pilots.

^^^truth. For those who are on the fence about coming here, be forewarned that even if you have a doctorate degree in AIMS bidding, the above scenario is one you'd better get used to being junior in base. Calling in sick every month in order to "fix" your schedule isn't going to go over too well during a probationary year either.
Just one more reason to not come here...
