Same Delta pilot sued the boat brokrr that sold the pilot and his wife a 60' yacht, wife refused to take part on that litigation! Pilot sued woman that designed his web page for his home based business. He even helped his girlfriend get a stalking restraining order again at his wife after HE assaulted his wife and crippled her while she was suffering from cancer. This is just the beginning, he's still flying, oh, he also filed for disability, still flying for Delta. I'm not sure how much is actually done on the background checks...
