usually equals the remainder of the eligible pilots in group. If there are 130 FOs and 65 R1 lines, you'll see 65 R2 FO lines (including reserve and BU). I've seen an unawarded reserve line a couple of times, perhaps someone became ineligible before the bid closed.
In our combined example there would be 65 R1, 10 BU, 7 LCR, and 48 SCR lines. I'm hoping the LCR ratio sees an increase with the alleged reserve improvement bargaining.
