Yeah I don't think this is how it would work, they would probably leave you in class for whatever equipment you are in class for. At least that's what it seems they have been doing.
I heard that they pulled people right out of training when they got displaced on this last one. If I start training on Monday and they run the bid on Tuesday do I have to finish all the training? Wouldn’t make a lot of sense since I was involuntarily displaced and am not seat locked because of it. Basically I had a class date set for E75 CA upgrade training, that last bid displaced me to CRJ CA. I guess time will tell I’m just curious how my training (April 1) can affect this next bid award. Appreciate any feedback or insight as always.
