I'll admit, I'm several months away from having to worry about this so I haven't looked into detail how displacement works but I thought you had to be displaced out of your position first. Anything else would be via vacancy which would incur a seat lock which would end the constant training shuffle game. Is it different than that? If it is, please spell it out so everyone knows.
