We just moved to downtown Seattle and my wife needs to find a flight school to finish her IFR training. So far, we have not found any good flight schools. They either don't have any openings in their schedules for the next 2 months or the CFIs don't seem very capable.

She wants a good instructor who actually plans their lessons out, not someone who shows up after the preflight and says, "What do you feel like doing today?"
