Most guys do Flaps 30 in the 737.
And when it becomes necessary to do a Flaps 40, it generally isn't pretty, especially with a significant crosswind.
I do 40 most of the time, flies great.
Im guessing "[ALL] of [your] approaches are at flaps 40."
Im also guessing you stick them out right at the placard speeds with the rational "if its good enough for boeing then its good enough for me"
