Background checks domestic violence
One would only hope that a background check would reveal a pilot has filed for disability considering the Social Security Administration is federal agency. How can a pilot justify a disability application and continue flying? You're fit to fly or you're not, when you self state you are disabled and cannot fly, but continue flying while your SSA application is being processed are you considered a risk to innocent passengers? This pilot works for Delta and was named in a previous post on this thread, he's a co-defendant with the City of Woodstock Georgia Police Dept., he assaulted his wife, and his wife suffered numerous civil rights violations when he conspired with local law enforcement to cause her harm.
