Just another option, go to ATP or somewhere similar and get your ratings ASAP. Start building your 1500 hours, and go to an online college where you could use your ratings for about a years worth of credits, then work on the other 3 years while building the time and even at the regional. Thats what i ended up choosing.

Its almost better to get the 1500 faster now and getting to a regional ASAP, then just making sure you have the degree before you start applying to majors.
