STILL BAD in this TA..... reread the compensation section. You take Allegiant out of the “average industry standard” and we are well below that “line” ALPA likes the show off at the road show in their power point. Don’t sell yourself short. Sure there is a "pay increase" but again, because we are so far behind the curve, you would take that 43% increase at face value....it needs to be higher.
