Yeah, my main faults with the training program were a lack of standardization among the instructors for certain things, you would be with an instructor for one week than have another one teach it his way the next week. Also, while they have been trying to fix this, the training department has long had a culture of remembering irrelevant esoteric information such as windshield heat temperature. While that has been changing you can definitely feel that culture still exists within the training department, and has yet to filter out. That being said everyone there does want to get you through, and no one is out to get you. Just do whatever it takes to cooperate and graduate.
