330x65x12=$257,400 plus 300x6.50 = 259,350 plus 16% DC = $300,846 base pay.
Omni 777 proposed 12 CA rate $262
262x64x12=$201,216 plus max 10,000 401K = 211,216
In what world is $211,216 more than $300,846? Add in PS and work rules and the Delta pilot is $175K-$225K ahead of a Omni pilot based on the companies proposed work rules and rate. Are you worth more than 50% of a Delta pilot?
