They are way behind on training right now. Short on LCA's, sim instructors and until recently sim time. From next month we will be using YIP, DEN & MIA for sims and upping the amount of classes, although this may well start the IOE backlog again.

The current forcast is 150 pilots short for August projection. More aircraft scheduled to be put on line both 74 & 76. probably won't see a 74 bid for at least a month maybe 2.
